MANHATTAN COUNTRY CLUB IN KANSAS WINS 59CLUB SALES AND SERVICE EXCELLENCE AWARD

(LINCOLN, Neb.) – Manhattan Country Club – operated by Landscapes Golf Management and less than two hours west of Kansas City – won the 59club Most Improved Sales Performance of 2024 award for exceptional growth in membership and associated revenue centers.

Through six, 90-minute training sessions, which included heavy doses of prospective member role playing and regular mystery shopping conducted by 59club, Manhattan Country Club membership sales increased by 11.2% over prior year with bolstered dues lines now available to further enhance member offerings and the physical property at large.  Member satisfaction scores were well above industry standards.

Manhattan Country Club’s prestigious award – accepted by Membership Director Cody Piper – resulted from scores collected through 59club’s impartial mystery shopping program.  It evaluates the end-to-end member-guest experience and sales journey that unfolds as prospective members inquire about joining the club, group golf days and special events.

Other impressive mystery shop scores from Landscapes Golf Management clubs in the 59club program:

  • Lexington Golf & Country Club (Lexington, Va.) – 31% increase in banquets
  • Dakota Dunes Country Club (Dakota Dunes, S.D.) – 41% increase in memberships and 34% increase in banquets
  • Bull Valley Golf Club (Woodstock, Ill.) – 31.4% increase in event sales performance.

Prairie Green (Sioux Falls, S.D.) and Jackrabbit Run (Grand Island, Neb.) golf courses also achieved rec-ord-high scores among secret shoppers.
