America’s Top Loyalty Programs Include 29 Convenience Store, Gas Station Brands

Newsweek and Statista spotlighted 20 convenience-store chains including Royal Farms, QuickChek, Murphy USA, Wawa and more, on its ranking of America’s Best Loyalty Programs of 2025.

Industry experts predict the global loyalty market will grow from $13 billion in 2024 to $41 billion in 2032, reflecting its importance to both shoppers and businesses, according to Newsweek.

For this year’s ranking, Statista surveyed thousands of loyalty program members to uncover which offerings deliver the most rewarding experiences. It evaluated hundreds of programs across 39 categories measuring customer satisfaction, perceived value, customer support, trust, the likelihood of a member recommending a program to friends and family and overall benefits.

Along with convenience stores, the list also breaks gas stations out separately, with several companies on both lists. Other brand categories that it recognized include clothing, grocery, health and beauty, home goods and lifestyle, restaurants and catering, banking, travel and sports and leisure.
