Air Serbia, the Serbian flag carrier and air transport operator, launched a partnership with Loyalty Juggernaut Inc. (LJI) to establish a state-of-the-art frequent flyer program. This is a historical landmark for the almost-century-old airlines, and the first for the Loyalty Juggernaut. This initiative will change the airlinescustomer engagement approach and revolution the customers experience with airlines.
The March 2026 scheduled launch of the program was announced on 2023 November 07, is the result of a meeting, in Belgrade, Serbia, between Air Serbia Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Jiri Marek and Loyalty Juggernaut (LJI) CEO Shyam Shah. The use of the LJI patented GRAVTY® technology will automate the customer experience and maximize satisfaction by linking the customer and the airlines, and reward them for their shopping, spending, and payment activities.
A Step Towards Digital Transformation
The recent launch of the new loyalty program attests to the focus on digital innovation within the digital transformation strategy of Air Serbia. Founded almost 100 years ago, Air Serbia has a longstanding focus on tradition, service, and a legacy of aviation. With this partnership, Air Serbia leverages its legacy to new heights by integrating cutting-edge technological advancements to elevate the travel experience to digitized service excellence. The new frequent flyer program will facilitate real-time, dynamic interactions and the personalization of borderless incentives, extending the customer relationship well beyond travel.
At the heart of the new program is the GRAVTY® platform, built on the most sophisticated artificial intelligence (AI) technology. This will enable Air Serbia to deliver personalized offerings based on interactions, both in the air and in everyday activities. The new program will allow frequent flyers to earn program rewards for shopping, dining, and other activities, reinforcing loyalty to the airline and improving customer experience.

The updated loyalty program is meant to engage customers and work with Air Serbia, with minimal friction and reward optimally. Air Serbia aims to utilize GRAVTY® technology in its efforts to build a greater understanding of its customers so that the business might optimize responses to their needs. GRAVTY® is designed to improve the relationship between the brand and the customers, and to guarantee that customers feel that their value is returned in every interaction.
